Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in safety, ramp operations, or compliance preferred
- must pass security and background checks to obtain required SIDA and CBP credentials
- ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong attention to detail and accountability
- comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in safety, ramp operations, or compliance preferred
- familiarity with OSHA, DOT, or airport safety standards is a plus
- fluency in English is an asset
- bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is helpful
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong attention to detail, accountability, and field observation skills
- comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced operational environments
- ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Job Duties
- Perform driver safety and behavior observations at CSC ramps and airport ramp areas
- conduct regular field inspections of work areas, vehicles, and equipment to identify hazards
- support the Safety Coordinator in audits, investigations, and corrective action tracking
- maintain and organize safety records, training logs, and inspection reports
- assist in accident and near-miss reporting, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
- help coordinate and conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions
- verify proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to ramp safety rules
- communicate daily safety reminders and report violations or unsafe acts immediately
- support compliance efforts during CBP, OSHA, and internal inspections
- travel between airport locations as required to provide coverage and support
- identify noncompliance activities related to security details
- support SIDA and Customs applications process
