- previous experience in ramp operations or related field
- valid driver's license
- ability to operate ground service equipment
- knowledge of aviation safety regulations
- flexibility to work PM or graveyard shifts
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Oversees daily ramp operations, including loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies
- manages ramp personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- ensures compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA, FAA, and TSA guidelines
- conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions
- coordinates with flight operations and catering teams to ensure timely and accurate loading of aircraft
- monitors and optimizes ramp efficiency, including equipment utilization and workflow
- resolves operational issues and problems in a timely and effective manner
