Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of related experience in customer service, parking and guest services operations, custodial work, etc.
- valid driver's license
- ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- proven customer service experience, providing a high level of professionalism at all times
- reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized
- ability to be on call 24/7 for all emergencies
- readiness to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- maintain a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access
- assist in the development of ramp operating procedures
- oversee security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
- perform regular ramp maintenance and janitorial services
- arrange for ramp and grounds improvements
- oversee contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property and inspect completed jobs
- resolve complaints, problems, and requests from ramp tenants
