Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 6-8 years of relevant experience including major hotel company experience
- Proven success in hotel pre-opening ramping activities and achieving financial and operational outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills across stakeholder groups
- Ability to travel up to 30 percent

Job Duties
- Execute pre-opening plans and playbooks ensuring hotels activate commercial levers aligned with opening timelines
- Partner with hotel stakeholders and internal teams to drive ramp readiness and performance strategies
- Monitor progress and utilize reporting tools to influence engagement and adoption of ramp activities
- Establish post-opening performance expectations and collaborate with commercial teams to support ramp targets
- Ensure timely and seamless handoff to Area Directors post-opening
- Provide ramp-specific support to Area Directors across broader portfolios
