Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience including major hotel company experience
  • Proven success in hotel pre-opening ramping activities and achieving financial and operational outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills across stakeholder groups
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent

Job Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience including major hotel company experience with demonstrated involvement in sales, revenue management, or marketing functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proven success in hotel pre-opening ramping activities and achieving financial and operational outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills across stakeholder groups
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent

Job Duties

  • Execute pre-opening plans and playbooks ensuring hotels activate commercial levers aligned with opening timelines
  • Partner with hotel stakeholders and internal teams to drive ramp readiness and performance strategies
  • Monitor progress and utilize reporting tools to influence engagement and adoption of ramp activities
  • Establish post-opening performance expectations and collaborate with commercial teams to support ramp targets
  • Ensure timely and seamless handoff to Area Directors post-opening
  • Provide ramp-specific support to Area Directors across broader portfolios
