Job Requirements
- High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one (1) year of airline airport operations preferred
- Become qualified and remain current in all required disciplines including pushback of the aircraft
- Possess a valid US state driver's license
- Must pass FBI background check and obtain airport security badge

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and crewmembers
- Transport customers needing wheelchair assistance
- Operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft pushbacks, and servicing vehicles
- Perform wing walker and marshaller duties for arriving, departing, and towing aircraft
- Control baggage loading to ensure proper weight and balance
- Provide clean, sanitary cabin interiors and stock catering carts
- Complete accurate data entry on forms and computer systems
- Oversee ramp operations to ensure safe and timely aircraft arrivals and departures
- Communicate professionally with Operations Control Center
- Stop operations due to safety concerns
- Ensure crewmembers perform tasks safely
