Job Requirements
- High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- Possess a valid US state driver's license
- Become qualified and remain current in all required disciplines
- Must pass FBI background check and obtain airport security badge
- Flexibility to work in a stressful environment during a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Capable of working under strict time limits, in stressful environments, and in various outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to strategically position and operate company equipment in a safe manner and report all malfunctions
- Capability to prepare aircraft for customer boarding and departure including exterior servicing and interior cleaning
- Must be dependable, enthusiastic, and passionate with a positive attitude
- Exposure to different environmental conditions, heights, small spaces, and loud noises
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Discipline to confront unauthorized personnel in secured areas and report their presence
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and crewmembers while safely and timely operating within company standards
- Maintain a pro-active approach to safety by taking immediate corrective action for any unsafe act
- Act as an individual contributor to safety with no direct safety incidents involving customers, crewmembers, or company assets
- Attend and participate in safety briefings and meetings
- Operate ramp equipment safely and efficiently including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft pushbacks, and servicing vehicles
- Coordinate aircraft turns to ensure on-time performance
- Perform wing walking and marshaling to protect the aircraft during movements
- Ensure aircraft positioning aligns with operational plans
- Control baggage loading to maintain proper weight, balance, and security
- Maintain accuracy of baggage loading records and cargo bins
- Manage mishandled baggage according to company standards
- Ensure aircraft interior cleanliness and appropriate stocking of supplies
- Complete required data accurately on forms and computer systems
- File reports on-time and maintain records
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Expose oneself to environmental conditions, small spaces, heights, and loud noises
- Lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly
