Job Duties
- Receive flight information from customers and advise duty manager or supervisor
- Keep the exception log updated
- Ensure all employees sign in and out
- Plan and notify duty manager of daily operational variances such as flight delays and gate changes
- Consider human factors during additional personnel assignments
- Operate under ISAGO, TSA, OSHA, and CBP regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
