Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, territory or District of Columbia
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
- Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Ability to communicate in English
- Authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, territory or District of Columbia
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Ability to communicate in English

Job Duties
- Assist guests with travel needs including answering inquiries, baggage handling, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights
- Work outdoors performing below wing functions such as transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage, aircraft marshaling, pushing back aircraft and aircraft deicing
- Perform aircraft grooming and security searches
- Conduct boarding and gate duties including assisting and directing guests, making announcements, processing standby and upgrade requests
- Process and secure guest luggage, manage luggage claims including damaged, delayed and pilferage
- Load and offload luggage and cargo using conveyor belts
- Perform duties of varying capacities as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
