Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, territory or District of Columbia
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
  • Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Authorization to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, territory or District of Columbia
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or community service experience

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with travel needs including answering inquiries, baggage handling, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights
  • Work outdoors performing below wing functions such as transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage, aircraft marshaling, pushing back aircraft and aircraft deicing
  • Perform aircraft grooming and security searches
  • Conduct boarding and gate duties including assisting and directing guests, making announcements, processing standby and upgrade requests
  • Process and secure guest luggage, manage luggage claims including damaged, delayed and pilferage
  • Load and offload luggage and cargo using conveyor belts
  • Perform duties of varying capacities as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
