Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- must have a valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, a US territory or the District of Columbia
- ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
- typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
- ability to perform basic mathematics
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel
- depending on work location, ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification
- ability to obtain airport security clearance
- ability to communicate in English
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18
- must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Assist guests with travel needs such as answering inquiries, baggage handling, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights
- work outdoors in all weather conditions performing below wing functions including transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushing back aircraft, and aircraft deicing
- perform aircraft grooming and security searches
- perform boarding and gate duties such as assisting and directing guests, making announcements, processing standby and upgrade requests
- process and secure guest luggage and maintain luggage claims including damaged, delayed and pilferage
- load and offload luggage and cargo using conveyor belts
- perform duties of varying capacities as assigned by management to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned
