Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete basic and recurrent training and testing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Subject to FAA-regulated alcohol and drug testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete basic and recurrent training and testing
- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Knowledge of FAMIS or FedEx computer systems
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
Job Duties
- Coordinate all station ground operations relating to aircraft loading and unloading activities
- Perform assigned duties as required
- Operate ground support equipment safely
- Identify and prioritize loading and unloading procedures
- Communicate effectively in a time-sensitive manner in a noisy environment
- Ensure compliance with FAA safety and regulatory standards
- Complete basic and recurrent training and testing
