Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Ability to complete basic and recurrent training and testing
- Must be subject to FAA-regulated drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and follow safety procedures
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Knowledge of FedEx computer systems such as FAMIS
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy and time-sensitive environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate station ground operations relating to aircraft loading and unloading activities
- Perform other assigned duties as required
- Identify and prioritize loading and unloading procedures
- Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment
- Lift and maneuver packages up to and above 50 lbs with assistance
- Ensure compliance with FAA safety regulations and company policies
