Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete basic and recurrent training and testing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Knowledge of FAMIS and FedEx computer systems
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
- Willingness to comply with FAA-covered safety sensitive position requirements including alcohol and drug testing
- Ability to drive vehicles not covered under federal motor carrier safety regulations

Job Duties
- Coordinate all station ground operations relating to the operational interface between aircraft loading and unloading activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Operate ground support equipment
- Communicate effectively in a time-sensitive and noisy environment
- Identify and prioritize loading and unloading procedures
- Lift and maneuver packages of various weights with assistance or equipment
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and safety protocols
