Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to complete basic and/or recurrent training and testing
- ability to properly identify and prioritize loading/unloading procedures
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance
- ability to operate GSE
- ability to read and speak English
- ability to effectively communicate verbally in a noisy environment
- willingness to undergo regulatory alcohol and drug testing including marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine, and opioids
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- drives vehicles not covered under section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials
- knowledge of FAMIS/FedEx computer systems
- ability to operate ground support equipment
Job Duties
- coordinates all station ground operations relating to the operational interface between aircraft loading/unloading activities
- performs other duties as assigned
