Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clear 10-year criminal history records check
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, or irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
- Guide and park aircraft
- Perform cabin maintenance tasks
- De-ice aircraft
- Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
