Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in airport ground operations or logistics preferred
- physical fitness to handle demanding manual tasks
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with substance misuse policies
- good communication skills
- commitment to safety protocols and teamwork

Job Duties
- On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically in accordance with relevant training received
- gather, input and process data and documentation necessary for operational success using manual, automated or computerised systems including weather reporting
- undertake baggage sortation duties safely and efficiently
- carry out area hazard checks
- perform headset duties including communication with the flight deck as trained
- ensure adherence to safety, security and company policies
- maintain teamwork and respect in high-pressure environments
