Job Requirements

- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- physical capability to perform manual ground service tasks
- valid driver’s license for operating ground equipment
- clear background check
- strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in aviation ground operations or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in operating ground service equipment
- basic understanding of airport safety and operations
- customer service orientation with a service-first mindset
Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival with professionalism and hospitality
- operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently
- perform aircraft ground services including marshalling, towing, and refueling assistance
- coordinate with crew members to ensure timely and seamless aircraft operations
- monitor airport regulations compliance and maintain airside safety
- assist guests with any requests or special accommodations during their time on airside
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the airside operational area
