Job Requirements
- Must be a resident of New Hampshire or Massachusetts
- no interviews for Ramp Agent position within last 12 months at MHT
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- no work authorization sponsorship available
- must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
- must be able to obtain a SIDA badge
- may be required to obtain a Customs Seal for international flights
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and 40 to 50 pounds repetitively
- ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently
- ability to work in cramped or high places
- ability to carry heavy items up and down stairs
- must maintain company grooming and uniform standards
- ability to comply with attendance standards
- ability to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must complete training with required scores
- must be alert to moving vehicles and aircraft
- ability to communicate via radio
- must maintain a well-groomed appearance per company standards
- must be able to comply with company attendance and shift work requirements
- must have no prior interview disqualification at MHT Ramp Agent role within last 12 months

Job Duties
- Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- work cooperatively to ensure company success
- provide legendary customer service to travelers and cargo/baggage service users
- load, unload, service, guide, and direct aircraft
- receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials
- handle loading, stowing, and unloading of baggage, cargo, air mail, air freight, and company materials according to plans
- submit cargo bin loading slips to Operations Agent
- pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft
- warehouse, weigh, stack, pick up, and deliver air cargo
- check air cargo against forms and correct errors
- safeguard baggage, cargo, mail, and company materials from damage or theft
- use jetway stairs for carrying items
- review and correct cargo forms
- perform interior aircraft cleaning and service lavatories
- stock aircraft cabins as Provisioning Agent
- transport cabin and cleaning equipment
- operate motorized equipment such as belt loaders and pushback tugs
- manually push and pull carts and containers
- work in various weather conditions and environments
- complete work-related forms and enter information into company systems
- provide friendly service to coworkers and customers
- comply with physical ability requirements
- perform other duties as directed by leadership
