Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift up to 70 pounds
capable of prolonged standing and walking
ability to reach, grasp, push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, kneel, climb, and work at elevated heights
must tolerate exposure to moderate and high noise levels and outdoor elements
ability to hear and respond to audible alarms and spoken voice
strong vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

18 years of age or older
eligible to work in the United States
valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
effective communication skills in English
ability to access and interpret print and electronic information
ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
pass a background check and drug screen
eligibility to acquire necessary credentials and clearances
flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Accurately load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft in a physically demanding environment
operate ground service equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and pushbacks
guide aircraft to and from gates ensuring safe ground movement
read and interpret load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels
strictly adhere to safety protocols and airline regulations
exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
perform additional duties as assigned by management
