Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to perform physically demanding tasks
- availability for shift work including nights and weekends
- must pass background check and TSA security requirements
- reliable transportation to work
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow detailed operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- valid US driver’s license
- legally authorized to work in the US
- minimum one year experience in logistics, warehouse, or manual labor preferred
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- strong safety awareness
- ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
Job Duties
- handle the safe and efficient processing of baggage and cargo
- load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
- operate ground equipment including tugs and belt loaders
- guide aircraft on the ramp through marshalling
- ensure compliance with TSA and company safety regulations
- contribute to on-time aircraft departures
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain operational efficiency
