Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Proof of high school or GED completion
  • Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • Successful completion of 10-year Criminal History Records Check
  • Successful completion of drug screen
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
  • Capability to handle physical tasks including stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 70 pounds, and climbing stairs
  • Willingness to assist passengers with disabilities including pushing wheelchairs

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of training course
  • Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
  • Previous airline experience preferred
  • Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo
  • Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
  • Guide and park aircraft
  • Perform cabin maintenance tasks
  • De-ice aircraft
  • Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
