Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Successful completion of 10-year Criminal History Records Check
- Successful completion of drug screen
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
- Capability to handle physical tasks including stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 70 pounds, and climbing stairs
- Willingness to assist passengers with disabilities including pushing wheelchairs
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
- Guide and park aircraft
- Perform cabin maintenance tasks
- De-ice aircraft
- Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
