Job Duties

  • loading and unloading baggage safely and efficiently
  • sorting and directing cargo to the appropriate locations
  • conducting visual inspections of baggage and cargo
  • operating ground support equipment
  • assisting customers with their baggage needs
  • maintaining safety and security procedures on the ramp
  • collaborating with other ground staff to ensure on-time departures
  • communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
