Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 70 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, weekends
  • Eligibility under company internal mobility and residency policies
  • Good standing in current role with adequate tenure
  • Compliance with safety guidelines
  • Physical ability to work in repetitive, strenuous tasks and harsh weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds
  • Experience operating ground support equipment preferred
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage
  • Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient ramp operations
