Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Wear required company-approved personal protective equipment
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles

Job Duties

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
  • Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers destination
