Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to do repeated heavy lifting up to 70 lbs for extended periods
  • Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift
  • Must be willing and able to work in extreme climatic conditions including heat, cold, rain, ice, and snow
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must be willing and able to cope with non-routine situations including flight delays and passenger accommodations
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and verbally communicate instructions in English
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess proper INS authorization
  • Must have a clear driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Ability to treat all information as confidential
  • Ability to tactfully handle situations with clients, employees, and public
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English
  • Ability to verbally direct in English
  • Knowledge of FAA, airline, company, and airport regulations

Job Duties

  • Handling and care of passenger baggage
  • Loading, unloading, and transportation of baggage
  • Handling U.S. mail, freight, and express parcels
  • Operating aircraft servicing equipment
  • Providing safe guidance of aircraft using various communication methods
  • Pushing or towing aircraft to designated locations
  • Assisting disabled passengers
  • Cleaning aircraft interiors thoroughly
  • Pulling work assignments from computer systems
  • Completing accurate reports timely
  • Adhering to FAA, airline, company, and airport regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs
  • Responding courteously to clients and public
  • Wearing proper uniform and protective gear
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Utilizing equipment and resources cost-effectively
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
