Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- reliable telephone and transportation
- ability to do repeated heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
- able to sit, stand, lift and/or bend throughout shift
- able to work in a variety of climatic conditions including extreme heat and cold
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must pass criminal background check
- ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- must be U.S. citizen or have necessary work authorization
- clear driving record
- willingness and ability to cope with non-routine situations
- adherence to confidentiality and company policies

Job Duties
- Handling and care of passenger baggage
- loading, unloading, transportation to and from various locations of the airport
- handling and care of U.S. mail, freight, express parcels
- loading, unloading, transportation to and from various locations of the airport
- accomplishing all ground handling in accordance to customer and G2 specifications
- ensuring safety of personnel, passengers, equipment and aircraft
- operating aircraft servicing equipment for electrical, engine start, lavatories and water service, and deicing
- providing safe guidance of aircraft to and from parked areas, taxiways and gate areas using visual, hand, verbal and electronic communications
- pushing or towing aircraft to and from designated locations on the airport
- assisting disabled passengers in and out of the aircraft
- thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including turn and overnight cleaning
- pulling computer work assignments and provision aircraft as directed
- completing reports accurately and timely
- maintaining familiarity with all FAA, airline, company, and airport regulations
- keeping supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas
- maintaining cleanliness of immediate work area
- projecting a positive image and responding courteously to inquiries
- attending meetings and inservices as required
- utilizing appropriate communication channels and maintaining records, reports and files
- adhering to uniform and identification policies
- following company policies and procedures
- utilizing company and client equipment, supplies and resources cost-effectively
- performing other duties as requested
