Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy baggage and perform physically demanding work
- Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- Full driving license
- Strong commitment to following safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and flight crew
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically in accordance with training received
- Gather, input and process all data and documentation necessary for successful operations using manual, automated or computerized systems including weather reporting
- Undertake all relevant baggage sortation duties safely and efficiently
- Carry out area hazard checks consistently
- Perform headset duties including communication with the flight deck as per relevant training
- Maintain adherence to safety and company operational procedures
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team members as needed
