Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must be able to do repeated heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift
- Must be willing and able to work in various climatic conditions including extreme heat and cold
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English
- Must be able to verbally direct in English
- Must be a citizen of the United States or possess necessary INS authorization
- Must have a clear driving record
- Must treat all information as confidential
- Must possess tact to deal with various situations and people
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to pass drug tests and criminal background check
- Willingness to cooperate with company policies and procedures
- Capacity to handle non-routine situations including flight delays and passenger accommodations
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- United States citizenship or valid immigration authorization
Job Duties
- Handling and care of passenger baggage
- Loading, unloading, and transporting baggage within the airport
- Handling and care of U.S. mail, freight, and express parcels
- Accomplishing all ground handling according to customer and company specifications
- Maintaining safety of personnel, passengers, equipment, and aircraft
- Operating various aircraft servicing equipment including electrical and deicing machinery
- Providing safe guidance of aircraft to and from parked areas using visual, hand, verbal, and electronic signals
- Pushing or towing aircraft as required
- Assisting disabled passengers in and out of aircraft
- Cleaning aircraft interiors thoroughly including turn and overnight cleaning
- Pulling and executing computer work assignments
- Completing accurate and timely reports
- Staying familiar with FAA, airline, company, and airport regulations
- Reporting maintenance needs and maintaining cleanliness in work areas
- Projecting a positive image and responding courteously to clients and staff
- Attending meetings and in-service training
- Maintaining proper uniform and protective gear as required
- Following company policies and procedures
- Utilizing company and client resources cost-effectively
- Performing other assigned duties as requested
