Job Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a ramen-inspired Japanese concept
- certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification preferred
- strong financial and computer skills
- knowledge of P&L and budgeting
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proven leadership skills with ability to influence team performance
Job Qualifications
