Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume ramen-inspired Japanese concept featuring sushi
- certificate or degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe preferred but not required
- strong financial and computer skills including working knowledge of P&Ls and budgeting
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
- demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate team members
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and mobilize kitchen and service teams
- develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
- determine purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items
- prepare operational reports highlighting progress and adverse trends
- ensure compliance with company and health department policies, regulations, and standards
- manage invoice tracking, labor tracking, schedule preparation, food cost and labor cost management, and inventory control
- oversee hiring, counseling, and termination policies
