Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for transport
- climb ladders up to 16-20 feet
- lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift
- inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors
- inspect railcars for damage or fatigue
- identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
- remove all debris and contaminants using backpack blowers and scraping devices
- comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures
