Job Duties

  • Clean assigned guest rooms or suites including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Maintain cleaning protocols and restock usable items like soap, towels, and amenities
  • Empty trash containers and replace liners
  • Ensure removal and proper disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
  • Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways
  • Notify supervisor promptly about special guest room issues or maintenance needs
  • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and refer to supervisor if necessary
