Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms or suites including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain cleaning protocols and restock usable items like soap, towels, and amenities
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Ensure removal and proper disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
- Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways
- Notify supervisor promptly about special guest room issues or maintenance needs
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and refer to supervisor if necessary
