Job Requirements
- Minimum three years in a supervisory or management housekeeping position required
- Previous management experience required
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills, problem solver
- Hotel operating systems experience
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
- Works well independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills required
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel

Job Duties
- Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with Choice Hotels culture and values
- Develops and maintains housekeeping and laundry procedures
- Manages housekeeping, public space, and laundry operations ensuring cleanliness standards are met
- Manages budgets related to labor, payroll, and supplies while monitoring cost control
- Inspects rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas continuously
- Determines staffing levels and schedules employees based on business needs
- Oversees employee training including safety protocols and ongoing development
- Ensures health and safety compliance in all operational areas
- Coordinates room availability and maintenance with other departments
- Develops and drives employee engagement strategies and human resources management
- Communicates performance expectations and provides coaching and counseling
- Creates a guest satisfaction-focused environment aligned with Radisson brand standards
- Implements customer feedback mechanisms and improvement plans
- Performs additional duties as assigned to meet guest satisfaction and hospitality goals
