Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proven work experience in customer service support
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong member facing and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to pay high attention to detail
- Strong demonstrated experience with wine, beer and spirits
- Previous mixology experience is a plus
- Frequent bending and lifting
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and drink
- Ability to pour beverages such as water and wine
- Continuous walking and standing

Job Duties
- Adheres to uniform standards while on property
- Reports for duty as scheduled
- Checks in with supervisor upon arrival
- Stocks bars with all supplies and ingredients needed for smooth flow of service
- Inspects garnishes for freshness and prepares additional garnish as needed
- Inspects and rotates all beer, wine and liquor to maintain maximum freshness
- Labels and dates all open bottles of wine throughout shift
- Checks and cleans all bar and lounge dining areas
- Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and neatness in back bar, front bar, and storage areas
- Memorizes daily food and beverage specials
- Informs members of specials and is knowledgeable about menu and wine list
- Greets members and their guests warmly within one minute of arrival
- Takes food and beverage orders and inputs into POS system
- Delivers food and clears any nonessential items from tables, refills beverages, checks on dining members frequently
- Presents checks for signature and maintains accurate member checks
- Resets tables and cleans work area and bars throughout shift
- Assists co-workers with member service in a section-less job
- Attends bar section throughout service period, remaining at post as much as possible
- Consistently maintains and expands food and beverage knowledge
- Takes ownership of member issues and follows problems through to resolution
- Follows the service mission statement to the fullest
- Serves as lead trainer for incoming bar staff
- Completes other duties assigned by supervisor or management
