Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of one year experience in a hotel or restaurant bartending role
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to work in direct sun for full shifts
- Willingness to work holidays as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to operate available equipment

Job Duties
- Take accurate food orders from guests
- Monitor food distribution to ensure proper preparation and presentation
- Check station before, during and after shift for cleanliness and set-up
- Abide by all liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Be familiar with menu items, their preparation and service procedures
- Total checks, present bills to guests and accept payment
- Create classic and craft cocktails according to recipe standards
- Perform various other duties as assigned
