Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a hotel or restaurant bartending role
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Ability to work in direct sun for full shifts
  • Willingness to work holidays as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to operate available equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take accurate food orders from guests
  • Monitor food distribution to ensure proper preparation and presentation
  • Check station before, during and after shift for cleanliness and set-up
  • Abide by all liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Be familiar with menu items, their preparation and service procedures
  • Total checks, present bills to guests and accept payment
  • Create classic and craft cocktails according to recipe standards
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
