Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to increase sales through operations and service excellence
- Knowledge of beverage, cocktails, and food
- Previous wine and beverage program management experience preferred
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Kronos
- Experience in union environment preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as member of a food and beverage management team in a hotel environment, boutique hotel or high-end fine dining
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and food
- Experience managing a wine and beverage program a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kronos
- Experience in union environment preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure highest quality of luxury service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment
- Accountable for sales and profit in assigned area
- Provide first line support to hotel manager
- Oversee beverage and wine inventory, purchasing, and sales
- Manage dining room operations and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine cellars
