Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage management
Ability to increase sales through operations and service excellence
Knowledge of beverage, cocktails, and food
Previous wine and beverage program management experience preferred
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Kronos
Experience in union environment preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as member of a food and beverage management team in a hotel environment, boutique hotel or high-end fine dining
Strong leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and food
Experience managing a wine and beverage program a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kronos
Experience in union environment preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure highest quality of luxury service and guest satisfaction
Develop and maintain a strong team environment
Accountable for sales and profit in assigned area
Provide first line support to hotel manager
Oversee beverage and wine inventory, purchasing, and sales
Manage dining room operations and cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine cellars
