Job Duties
- Track and trace shipments through alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestones
- Communicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors including service partners and airlines to ensure customer needs are met consistently
- Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers, Customer Service, and Commercial Business Development teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to management and update clients in conjunction with Customer Service
- Ensure all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit
- Manage department mailbox including receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries
- Accurately handle telephone inquiries from internal and external departments
- Keep management advised of potential and confirmed issues
- Provide shipment-specific processing and order updates
- Manage and monitor vendor network compliance with QuickSTAT agent operating procedures
- Work in a collaborative team environment to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Escalate client issues to the management team as needed
- Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and compliance with country regulations and QuickSTAT quality management systems such as ISO and GDP
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of Quick Enterprise Systems (QuickTrac, QuickOnline/RX, Quick Oasis) including relevant functions
- Perform department-specific functions as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Undertake reasonable duties as requested by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Embrace the company mission by providing high quality global transportation and logistics services
- Maintain compliance with all required training certifications
