high school education or GED
one year of experience in a work environment
food handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test
ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary
ability to communicate essential
ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs
successful completion of pre-placement physical
successful completion of criminal history background check

Job Duties

setting up and closing down stations
cooking
re-stocking
recipe and ingredient preparation
inventory management
dish machine operation and cleaning
cost and waste control
food presentation and monitoring food quality
training new staff
providing excellent customer service
operating computer for training, email, ESS, and related tasks
performing other duties as assigned
