Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • perform all back of the house kitchen duties, including ingredient and food preparation, inventory, cooking and assembling orders, setting up and closing down stations, recipe preparation, dish machine operations, and cleaning
  • build recipes based on established processes, procedures, guidelines, and recipes
  • monitor food quality, food presentation, and control food waste
  • assist within other areas as needed and other duties assigned
