Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant locations simultaneously

- Monitor financial performance of district restaurants
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
- Manage recruitment and retention of restaurant management staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
