- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 29.5 hours per week Monday through Friday
- good organizational skills
- dependability and punctuality
- ability to complete state and local training for National School Lunch Program participation
Job Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work effectively as a team player
- dependable and able to work consistently up to 29.5 hours per week
- experience with food preparation or inventory management preferred
- knowledge of National School Lunch Program guidelines helpful
Job Duties
- Receiving food from vendors and heating it to proper temperature requirements
- completing all prep work for meals distributed to students
- keeping accurate inventory of food received
- making food and milk orders on an ongoing basis
- logging meals served to students and reporting accurately
- completing paperwork required for the National School Lunch Program
- completing all state and local required training related to program participation
