Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in upscale dining or similar hospitality environments
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Meets minimum age requirements for alcohol service
  • Complies with responsible alcohol service standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work professionally in various weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • Compliance with responsible alcohol service standards

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond to requests
  • Assist servers with presenting menus and answering questions
  • Prepare and present food orders accurately and with a positive attitude
  • Monitor supplies and maintain stock levels
  • Keep kitchen and café areas clean and orderly
  • Relay kitchen times to servers and management
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists and other tasks as assigned
