Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical movements for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service standards

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond promptly to requests
  • Assist servers with menu presentation and answering questions
  • Prepare baskets with condiments and sides, confirm order accuracy and present food with a positive attitude
  • Monitor supplies and maintain stock and cleanliness in kitchen and café areas
  • Assist servers with keeping service areas tidy and communicate kitchen times to servers and management
  • Stay informed about the menu, specials, and unavailable items to support service
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists and perform other assigned duties
