Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- respond to guest requests promptly with genuine warmth and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours
- handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- perform pre-shift and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
- represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
