Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to requests with urgency and warmth ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- Perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking and cleanup
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm maintaining high standards in appearance and interaction
