Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, stooping, sitting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and reaching in all directions
- Capability to comply with safety and quality standards consistently
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to work the specified night shift schedule
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to maintain regulatory compliance and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, computational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member across multiple departments
- Commitment to promoting and leading health and safety work practices in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule
Job Duties
- Perform inspection and testing activities to support plant quality and product compliance
- Identify out-of-tolerance conditions, notify operations personnel, and verify quality following process adjustments
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent quality issues from impacting production
- Identify, record, and properly tag non-conforming products in accordance with quality procedures
- Monitor and maintain environmental and cleaning processes, including calibrating pH instrumentation and managing chemical usage
- Monitor wastewater treatment systems to ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance
- Record water flow meter readings and pH levels throughout the facility
- Conduct laboratory indicator testing of effluent waters and adjust processes as required
- Perform process inspections and workstation audits to verify quality procedures are implemented and effective
- Train employees on quality procedures and inspection processes as needed
- Support the gauge calibration program by issuing, monitoring, and auditing gauges used on the shop floor
- Coordinate special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager
