Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a quality environment preferably in manufacturing
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout lab and production areas
- ability to perform light work exerting up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- ability to work near moving mechanical parts and chemicals
- availability for regular onsite attendance
- basic math skills
- proficiency with MS Office
- ability to use and calibrate lab equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers

- working knowledge of relevant SOPs
- strong MS Office proficiency
- basic math skills to calculate and interpret test results
- ability to use measuring equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers
- ability to operate lab instrumentation and precision equipment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- lead and promote healthy and safe work practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- calibrate test equipment daily including pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers
- perform inspection and testing activities as defined in QSP7.4 and enter results in quality assurance reports
- cut sample specimens using a CNC machine for tensile testing and record results in SAP
- participate in root cause identification and implement resolutions to prevent quality issues
- perform titrations on process tanks to verify proper equipment operation
- maintain a clean and safe work area to support operational efficiency
- inventory quality supplies and submit requisitions when necessary
- communicate quality and departmental issues to the QA Manager or QA Supervisor to determine corrective actions
- execute additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs
- maintain regular, full-time predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule
