Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience in a quality environment preferably in manufacturing
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout lab and production areas
  • ability to perform light work exerting up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
  • ability to work near moving mechanical parts and chemicals
  • availability for regular onsite attendance
  • basic math skills
  • proficiency with MS Office
  • ability to use and calibrate lab equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers

Job Qualifications

  • one year of experience in a quality environment, preferably in manufacturing
  • working knowledge of relevant SOPs
  • strong MS Office proficiency
  • basic math skills to calculate and interpret test results
  • ability to use measuring equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers
  • ability to operate lab instrumentation and precision equipment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • lead and promote healthy and safe work practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • calibrate test equipment daily including pH meters, conductivity meters, and refractometers
  • perform inspection and testing activities as defined in QSP7.4 and enter results in quality assurance reports
  • cut sample specimens using a CNC machine for tensile testing and record results in SAP
  • participate in root cause identification and implement resolutions to prevent quality issues
  • perform titrations on process tanks to verify proper equipment operation
  • maintain a clean and safe work area to support operational efficiency
  • inventory quality supplies and submit requisitions when necessary
  • communicate quality and departmental issues to the QA Manager or QA Supervisor to determine corrective actions
  • execute additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs
  • maintain regular, full-time predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule
