- basic knowledge of food safety and quality assurance processes

Job Duties
- Inspect and verify quality: perform line checks for weights, labeling, and packaging integrity to ensure finished goods meet specifications
- monitor food safety: support GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance through regular inspections and documentation
- sample and record: collect samples for allergen, micro, and environmental testing, maintaining accurate and timely records
- support continuous improvement: identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to strengthen quality processes
- maintain compliance: assist with audits, sanitation verifications, and regulatory documentation to support company certifications
