Job Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in OSHA and food safety regulations
- Excellent computer, communication, and training skills
- 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with key experiences around safety and quality programs
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer skills
- Ability to effectively train large groups of people on complex subjects

Job Duties
- Assist the Chobani EHS and Quality Departments in assigned workload
- Spend 50% of time on the floor assisting and auditing safety compliance including PPE, LOTO, slip trip fall prevention, safe PIT operation, confined space entry permits, live electrical work, Haz Com
- Audit quality program compliance including GMPs, holds, trials, Agtron, oxygen level on roasted coffee, TDS, pH of concentrate
- Verify accuracy and legibility of product code dates such as expiration, best by, and manufacturing
- Maintain safety training tracking system and quality training tracking system including assignment profiles and training reports
- Deliver core quality and safety authorized training, new hire orientation, and contractor safety training
- Collaborate with site supervisors, managers, and frontline employees to address quality and safety concerns and lead programs
- Conduct post-accident and incident investigations, prepare reports identifying accident causes and hazards
- Conduct site walkthroughs and formal audits to identify hazards, compliance outages, and prepare corrective action plans
- Maintain professional demeanor and work harmoniously with others consistently
