Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One year of quality improvement, healthcare quality, or regulatory auditing experience
- Three years of healthcare experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work full-time
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with clinical software preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret quality data
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of quality improvement, healthcare quality, or regulatory auditing experience
- Three years of healthcare experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related area or healthcare license or certification preferred
- Familiarity with informational systems and clinical software including EHRs
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Experience in large, complex ambulatory medical integrated systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making ability
Job Duties
- Collaborate with director of quality and ambulatory leadership to improve clinical outcomes
- Identify best practices and develop standard workflows
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships including payers and ACOs
- Participate on committees to lead quality and performance improvement activities
- Facilitate internal quality reporting and liaise with external reporting entities
- Analyze quality data from electronic medical records
- Communicate and facilitate quality outreach to patients
