Job Requirements
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent GED
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- must be able to reach above shoulder for periods of time
- must be able to stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, push, pull, grasp, twist, lift, and climb steps
- must be able to discern shades of color
- must be able to hear warnings or verbal alerts to avoid injury during manufacturing process
- must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate and understand relevant information relating to quality and production issues
- must possess basic math and PC skills
- must complete new hire orientation training and successfully certify in two production areas within six months
- previous experience with SAP is a plus

Job Duties
- Promotes and maintains a safe work environment at all times
- monitors multiple high speed automated production machines to ensure quality production standards in two production areas to support one production floor
- verifies correctness of components from shop order to component number to prevent mixed or wrong parts
- performs quality checks visually and using various inspection gauges
- performs testing of assembled product to ensure product meets performance requirements
- fills machine hoppers for multiple machines
- responsible for preparing boxes as needed to meet production demands
- pulls skids from production site to warehouse where applicable
- performs rework at machine and sorts machine scrap
- removes minor machine jams
- must be able to follow backtracking procedures efficiently and effectively
- performs recordkeeping duties using various production forms and a PC
- loads tubing onto or into machinery where necessary
- performs traceability and lot control functions utilizing a hand-held scanner
- performs and meets the requirements of BRC GMP ISO in all job activities
